An abundance of light in a refurbished bungalow

After buying a secluded bungalow in Monk Bretton, Barnsley, our customers approached us with a vision to create a beautiful home with our help. The house was several years overdue its refurbishment, with some definite love needed. However we went one step further.

We removed the rear wall of the bungalow and extended the bungalow out into the garden, creating a large kitchen space, with a sitting room that looked out over the Yorkshire fields. With giant aluminium sliding doors, we allowed as much natural light to beam in and removed the need for skylight, however we added one anyway.
